What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed ?
- If an order is returned to us, we will refund the amount to your Ethnava Wallet, which can be redeemed for your replacement valid for three months. You can replace your product only once.
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you ( not the current product price ) will be refunded to your Ethnava Wallet.
What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?
- Customers can return their order after delivery only if the product(s) are deemed defective by our team or if the order is incomplete or wrong.
- The product(s) to be returned must be dispatched within 7 days of delivery and its receipt must be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have received a defective product or if the order is wrong, contact us at email@example.com 24 hours of delivery and we will get back to you.
- If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
How does the Return/Exchange process work?
- Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 Reward Points in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.
How do I self-ship the products?

- The order has to be returned to the address mentioned above.
- Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- On receiving the product at the warehouse, we will credit 100 points ( 1 Point = 1 Rupee) for your courier charges.
- Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above.
